LINDA GO GO AND VENUS RAYGUN

Linda Go Go

Linda Go Go is one of the top 1960s-style go go dancers. She is based in Holland but is originally from Baltimore, USA, home of John Waters and big hair. Linda has performed internationally with legends such as The Sonics, The Trashmen, The Monks, The Yardbirds, The Pretty Things, The Sorrows, The Poets, The Undertones, Paul Collins Beat as well as many great 60s style contemporary bands.
Linda’s love of 1960s music shows in her enthusiastic shimmying. Her authentic dancing style is inspired by the dancers from Hollywood a Go Go, Lada Edmund Jr (« the girl in the cage » from « Hullaballo »), and Lori Williams from Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! She often performs in vintage outfits worn by go go girls from the 1960s.

Venus Raygun

Originating from another planet, Ms Venus Raygun and her hypersonic go-go boots will blast you to oblivion.
Venus’s first go-go assignment was dancing with the magnificent Screaming Lord Sutch. Several earth years later her go-go boots and freaky bikini became a regular at London’s legendary Fratshack and when it took its show in the road to Spain and Las Vegas Venus popped in her rocket ship and high-tailed over with them.

Venus has danced at the Blast Off festival in the UK, and more recently at Hipsville.
When she’s not driving earthlings wild with her go-go cage antics, she’s driving ‘em wild with her stage antics – in her own rock n roll band: Empress of Fur.
